"MAN SHALL NOT, (cannot) live by bread alone, BUT BY.... EVERY WORD that proceeds out of God's mouth!! Life is rough living without bread from heaven every day. I was thinking about "turning at His reproof", and "all God's ways are reproof and instruction". "He is in the path of life that heeds reproof and instruction, but he who disregards reproof and instruction is not only out of the path of life, but is a path of ruin for others.
LOVE SEEKS NOT IT'S OWN. So when we dwell in love, we are dwelling in God and we always considering how what we are doing is affection others...... we are all leading people somewhere.
My life is a journey of GOD'S WORDS TO ME DAY AFTER DAY, WEEK AFTER WEEK. Our life should be a road map others can follow, and we should be able to talk about the reproof we turned at. Everyday we are travelling down the road of life, we should be turning at God's word to us today.
So if you eat, drink, whatever you do today, DO IT ALL FOR THE GLORY OF GOD..... that's Gods personal word to me. To be disciplined, a disciple, who is loving and considering others in what I do.
I'll be adding some of Gene's thoughts and what's going on in Jump For Jesus too.......... so our lives can be about JUMPING FOR JESUS!!!!
